Elcin and her team catered for our private garden party. As it is been an event for my husband's clients we had high expectations on the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the food.
I contacted many caterers, but with Elcin I had immediately the impression that she understands what we require and she had right away some great ideas on how to make the food and drinks even more special.
On the day her staff had been extra lay polite and proactive. The food was simply excellent. Wide variety and top quality. The presentation was also very well done. Everybody was complimenting the food.
What I also appreciated about Ruffled Truffle is that catered very well for some special food requirements some of our guests had.

"Anybody can be good at their job if they are working in a familiar environment and have all the right equipment. The true test is when this is removed and they still have to deliver the goods. This, unfortunately, (sorry again Elcin!) was the situation Elcin and her assistant found themselves in when they came to cater for our small family event. It is a testament to her skill and dedication to customer satisfaction that she was able rise to the challenge and produce a range of delicious food and that none of our guests realised the circumstances under which she had had to work.
